I don't know if you all have seen these little buttons around, but I started noticing them on several blogs. I had no idea who "NieNie" was but I figured that, with all of this love, I should check into it.
After visiting her blog, the NieNie Dailogues, I was sad to learn that this vibrant young mother and her husband were both seriously injured in a recent plane crash. They have both suffered very serious burns and are facing a long and difficult recovery.
The thing that touched me about this woman was her complete love for life, her husband, her children, and her ability to comminicate these joys through her writing.
I am also so impressed by the support of her family and friends. In fact, her sister, of c Jane has been taking care of Stephanie's children here in Utah. She also posts some very touching stories about the family's experiences, both past and present, and updates on Stephanie and her husband's progress.
I just wanted to encourage you guys to check out her blog and see what an amazing person she is. I enjoyed reading through a lot of her old posts and learning about her.
Anyway, I just wanted to share this story with you all, in case you didn't know. It is amazing what the human spirit can endure and overcome.

She is a super neat girl isn't she? It's amazing all the support they've gotten through the blogging world. Pretty sweet. I hope the best for them.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, Zoe. What a heart-breaking story. It is fun to read her blog and see what a great wife and mother she is, as well as her husband being a good father and husband. I'm going to follow this story. My prayers go out to them all.
