Another Addiction!

My first digital layout! Posted by Hello

Alright, maybe it is because it is 3 am and I have been going for 38 hours straight but I swear . . . I have typed this post like 4 times and I keep erasing it! Uggh. I think I need to go to bed. :) However, I couldn't before because I was on such an adrenalin/sugar high!! I just stumbled onto this incredible site a couple of days ago and I have not left it since! I am somewhat of an artist but I have never really been into scrapbooking. I always felt like it was so overwhelming. Well, how come no one told me that there was such a thing as digital scrapbooking! I LOVE it! I just finished my first layout and I wanted to share it with you guys. And, since I am not as smart as Tee, I cannot figure out how to link things in my posts! (You are going to have to help me out there :) So here is the site - www.twopeasinabucket.com Check it out!

LOL - Yeah - I'm a freaking genius. ROFL! ;)

You linked it. What did you want to do that you couldn't? I will share what little HTML knowledge I have. I'm not under a magicians oath or anything ;)

THAT IS SO BEAUTIFUL!!! You mean you can do that...for free?!
Then what, do you print it out or is it only meant for online? I need to check this out, I love to scrapbook!

Thanks Sandy. Yeah, they had some free page downloads and fonts. They are sooo cute! I already had some knowledge of illustrator and photoshop so I just worked it from there. If you don't know how to use the programs, I know that everyone on the site is so helpful! I clearly have a lot to learn. If you are already into scrapbooking you are going to die when you see the idea pages that they have. I am in heaven!! With the digital layouts, I think that some people turn them into cd's while others pay to have them printed at Costco. The reason I love it is because I actually sell online publishing through Heritage Makers. ( :) Yes, little plug for my side job! ) So, after I am done I can just upload the images and print them out into a hardbound book. I am so excited. I will have to show you guys my finished product. Okay, sorry about the long entry!

Tee, you are my computer guru! :) Your blog is so cute. I am just so impressed with your theme and illustrations! Yeah, I don't know how to write the code so that when I type a WORD you can click on it and link somewhere. Duh, am I an idiot?

Thanks,
Zoe

PS Not to discriminate . . . I love all of the blogs that I visit. You all know more about blogging than I do! :)

LOL - I deleted the first comment because I'm a moron and when I tried to show you the HTML it did the command and you couldn't see what I meant. Do you know what the heck I'm talking about??? LOL.

Ok. If I want this to show up, I can't type it exactly right. So wherever I have placed a [ you should replace it with a < and wherever I have a ] replace it with a > OK?

[a href="Put the URL here"] Put the clickable link name here[/a]

OK- if that made no sense, go Here.

LOL. They explain how to do it in the top paragraph.
