Breakfast for dinner

We decided last night that the best way to finish up our Christmas break was to have a Star Wars dinner party. This, of course, involved testing out the new Star Wars pancake molds that I got the boys for Christmas from here. If you are wondering, it does take some skill...and patience. I finally started flipping out some Yodas after a few Darth Vaders and Storm Troopers ended up in the trash. The boys loved it...even my big one.

In case you are wondering, those are chocolate chips Owen is licking off his plate. Sterling has taught them that no pancake is complete without chocolate chips!

You're so nice to do those...I HATE pancake molds! I'm not so good at them!

The last time we made pancakes we tried pumpkin, banana, chocolate chip, and cinnamon swirl. The kids were in pancake heaven! (Me...not so much. I can't stomach them.)
